James R. Ticchio

James Ticchio is an advocate for the rights of consumers. He focuses his practice on claims arising under the Fair Credit Reporting Act. James attended Georgetown University Law Center, where he earned his Juris Doctorate. He also earned his B.A summa cum laude in his studies of the legal field at Ramapo College of New Jersey. James was selected for membership in the Ramapo Journal of Law and Society, where his work regarding campaign finance reform was published. He continued his editorial pursuits at the Georgetown Journal of Law and Public Policy, with a keen interest in studying the excesses of corporate power.

James has spent his educational career obtaining a background in fields including corporate law, tax law, accounting, and finance to provide the most wholistic and effective legal counsel to his clients. While attending Georgetown Law, James participated in a clinic to advise non-profits regarding their compliance with regulations in the field of food law.

James has spent time in the courtroom as an intern for two judges in the fields of family law, criminal law, and civil law. This provided a sound background for his later work in civil law at Aronsohn Weiner Salerno & Kaufman, P.C. in New Jersey.
